Celebrating the Women Who Shape eStruxture: International Women’s Day 2025

Mar 11, 2025

At eStruxture, progress means pushing boundaries, redefining norms, and creating opportunities that drive real change. This International Women’s Day, we proudly recognize the incredible women in our organization who are shaping the future of tech and digital infrastructure.

There’s A Place for Women in Tech

For many of the women at eStruxture, the journey into tech has been both intentional and unexpected. Some, like Cristina Isabel Espiritu, Program Manager, Quality Management & Operations Excellence, found themselves in tech by accident but stayed for the innovation and impact. Others, like Maria Bolovis, SVP of Operations and Engineering, faced early challenges in a male-dominated space but turned obstacles into fuel for success.

“Over time, I honed my technical expertise, built strong relationships, and seized opportunities to lead and drive change,” Maria shares. “Now, I have the privilege of shaping strategy, mentoring others, and fostering a culture of inclusion.”

Still, Angela Adam, SVP of Sales and Marketing, remains proud and encouraging, "I'm proud because I have the privilege to see firsthand the impact that women have in our company and in our industry. We bring so much resilience, innovation, and creativity. We are proof that this industry is not meant for the chosen few, but for everybody who has the drive and willingness to shape the space."

Representation Matters

Seeing women in leadership sends a powerful message: You belong here.

“I was drawn to eStruxture because of the strong female representation in leadership,” says Isabelle Proulx, SVP of Human Resources. “Too many tech companies still lack women in executive roles, missing out on diverse perspectives that drive better decision-making. At eStruxture, inclusion isn’t just talk—it’s action.”

That action includes initiatives like our internship program, which Ariane Aubé-Martinet, Customer Support Manager, highlights as a key part of diversifying the next generation of tech talent.

"At eStruxture, we have an incredible group of bright, hard-working women who have the privilege of evolving in a safe and inclusive environment," says Sylviane Minier, Director, Financial Planning & Analysis in Finance

Advice for the Next Generation

To the women considering a career in tech, our leaders have one message: Go for it.

“Women often feel they need to be 100% qualified before applying for a job,” says Cristina. “But tech is a fast-moving industry—learning happens on the job. With passion and perseverance, you’ll do amazing things.”

For Malefa Salemane-Hlungwana, Data Center Infrastructure Manager, finding your place in tech is about embracing your unique skills. “The industry needs people in all roles—technical, HR, marketing, finance. There’s space for you.”

And for Natasha Neishaboory, Director, Customer Operations, "Seeing so many more women in tech today gives me hope that their opportunities will only continue to expand." The future seems bright!

Mentorship is also key to accelerating progress.

"Mentorship is a gamechanger. Having someone who truly listens and guides you can make all the difference,” says Annie Corbeil, SVP, Chief Financial Officer

How eStruxture Helps #AccelerateAction

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, #AccelerateAction, is about turning conversations into meaningful change. What does that look like?

  • Inclusive Hiring: Adjusting job descriptions and interview panels to remove bias.
  • Pay Equity: Conducting regular audits to ensure fair compensation.
  • Mentorship & Sponsorship: Connecting women with leaders who can help them grow.
  • Fostering a Culture of Belonging: Making space for diverse voices at every level.

“Inclusion isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s a driver of innovation, creativity, and performance,” says Maria. “Diverse teams make better decisions and drive better results.”

Looking Ahead

At eStruxture, we celebrate the women who push boundaries, lead with courage, and pave the way for the future. But the work isn’t done. We remain committed to fostering an industry where every woman, no matter her background, has the support, resources, and opportunities to thrive.

Here’s to a future built on inclusion, innovation, and action. Happy International Women’s Day!
