On October 9, our Sr. VP of Product & Strategy, Strahan McCarten, arrived at Channel Partners Evolution in Philadelphia to take part in the event for the first time and really get a firm understanding of the increasingly diverse ICT partner audience in attendance.
Over the past year, eStruxture has been expanding its hyperscale data center presence across Canada, with three facilities in Montreal and one in Vancouver. Of course, this isn’t our final position by any means – we are preparing ourselves for even more growth over the next year. A large part of that is going to involve a strong emphasis on partnerships, especially in the US and overseas. As a result, we are planning to launch an official channel partners program in the first half of 2019.
Back at Channel Partners, it was refreshing to see that most companies in attendance were new (53%) and that many are involved in the managed service provider (MSP) landscape. In fact, two trends quickly became clear from the conference keynotes:
For us, this is exactly the environment we want to be a part of with our forthcoming program. We are already known in Canada as a trusted advisor for companies requiring innovative, custom storage, connectivity and cloud solutions for their mission-critical operations. What’s more, we fully embrace the idea that a partnership is more than a business transaction – it is all about the ability to provide reliable, flexible support to businesses looking to satisfy their customers’ diverse needs.
As Mr. McCarten explains in his exclusive JSA TV interview with Jaymie Scotto Cutaia, CEO of JSA, we are looking for channel partners that share eStruxture’s passion for understanding the needs of their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy them. Watch the full video for all the details and stay tuned to our website for more information on the program as we move into 2019.
