Deepa Patel, CHRM, BA, AHR, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at eStruxture. With over 20 years of expertise in Human Capital and Operational Excellence, she specializes in strategic planning, M&A integration, HRIS, payroll and benefits solutions, and policy automation.
Her career spans key leadership roles in multinational corporations such as Holcim, the Canadian Tire Corporation, Ceridian, and more, where she has managed complex organizational changes, union relations, and strategic HR initiatives.
Before eStruxture, Deepa was Vice President of Human Resources at Quest Windows, overseeing HR operations in Washington, D.C., Dallas, TX, and Mississauga, ON.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western University and an Advanced HR certification from Queen’s University. Deepa resides in Vaughan, Ontario, with her partner and two children.
