DCIM (Data Center Infrastructural Management)

Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) is the convergence of IT and building facilities within an organization. The goal of DCIM is to provide administrators with a holistic view of a data center's performance, enabling efficient use of energy, equipment, and floor space. DCIM encompasses monitoring and managing the physical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental conditions, as well as IT assets, to optimize data center operations and reduce operational costs.
