Before joining eStruxture, Isabelle was Chief People Officer at Power Factors, where she built and scaled the HR function from the ground up, shaping global talent strategies and leadership development initiatives. Her expertise in fostering high-performance teams, developing strong workplace cultures, and empowering employees will be instrumental in eStruxture’s ongoing success.
